Dr. David C Boltson, PhD

I was seeing Dr. Bolston for not only family issues, but a major mental illness as well. Unlike many psychologist, Dr. Bolston is able to get to the root of your problem through having keen insight into human nature. What is more important, Dr. Bolston is a National Merit Scholar, and consequently, he is intelligent and has a good sense of humor, making the therapy sessions not as painful as may have otherwise been the case. After seeing Dr. Bolston, I did not need to go to therapy any longer due to the fact that I thought he had settled my psychological issues.

Dr. Boltson or Dr. Happy, as my 10 year old son prefers to call him, is such a brilliant Psychologist you can trust he will help you to overcome your problems. Every minute of the therapy worth it. He has his own style and a great sense of humor. He is really amazing with kids and also great with parenting counseling. He is supportive and creative. My son was suffering from anxiety and before we could see Dr. Boltson we were struggling and trying to help him with his fears for several months without any progress. We called Dr. Boltson's office for an appointment and we got a reply back very fast. In two days we had the evaluation appointment scheduled. We started to see improvements since the first therapy and progressively we saw the growth. We cannot thank enough to Dr. Boltson for the huge steps my son is doing, for all the skills he learned to become mentally and emotional stronger to be able to overcome his fears in a pretty short period of time. Dr. Boltson with… his very unique style made him see the things from other angles . He did it in ways my son remembered and be able to use when was difficult for him in between therapies. My son enjoyed every therapy so much that was always looking forward to seeing Dr. Happy again. Every time we left Dr. Boltson's office my son went home with new resolutions, he felt happy and with more self-confidence. Dr. Happy helped him beating anxiety. Dr. Boltson is very human, empathetic, direct and practical. He is a great listener and he makes their patient feel comfortable even when discussing their problems in depth. He is also an amazing magician but his real magic is how gifted and effective he is helping people. He cares and loves what he does.

While this doctor may be great I couldn’t get passed the not just messy but downright dirty office. Very chaotic setting to be comfortable and keep a clear head. Disappointing

I have known Dr. David Boltson for several years. He is great, inspiring and super helpful. He is the kind of person that you feel comfortable sharing your inner feeling with. He is smart, caring and helpful beyond belief. He helps me see things in ways that I never thought of before. I would definitely recommend him to people who need help.

I have been seeing Dr. Boltson for a few months now, and in those few months I already feel like I am making consistent progression. After a long time of not feeling like I really have a clear direction, I now feel like I have a perfectly laid out path that I am progressing through. Dr. Boltson is very easy to talk to and gives great feedback, usually with a bit of humor thrown in when appropriate. I've had experience with therapists in the past that will just sit there and nod their head while listening to you speak, and I can tell you Dr. Boltson is not one of them. He will digest what you lay out for him, assess it, and then give his feedback at the appropriate time, which is almost always spot on. There is always very good dialogue during my sessions with him with a nice balance of me speaking and him giving feedback. I spent longer than most people normally would researching to find the perfect therapist for me. I'm so glad that I was so finicky about who to choose, because now… I'm seeing how much that has paid off. I would highly recommend Dr. Boltson to anybody seeking a psychologist.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service I am receiving from Dr. Boltson. He is very easy to communicate with, very response and treats me like a friend or family member, rather than a patient. He has created a comfortable environment.

Dr. Boltson is quite bright and very involved. He has a great personality and is very clever in the way he makes his points to help you think differently. I saw him for 8 months and he helped me in a very profound way. I recommend highly this brilliant and human psychologist. Oh yes, he is very funny as well.
