My first visit, and he explained everything very well, and recommended a procedure which is non invasive and sounds like it will be ideal. I’m eager to proceed. Was very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable!

Doctor was great. Offered a suggestion for helping my problem. Accepted his recommendation and am very excited about it. But it has now been over 3 weeks and his staff has not even contacted by insurance company to get the authorization for the procedure. Have spoken with them and I was told there is only one person who does that and she is still working on people who were seen in December! Seems as if this doctor is trying to help people with there pain then his staff would be better equipped. Am very unhappy with how long this is taking and find it very frustrating and unacceptable. Hopefully they will get this approval very soon so I can hopefully finally get some relief from my pain. Have spoken to my insurance company and they assured me that the procedure is covered. But doctors office won’t simply call because that is not how they do it !

I was pleased to learn that all the wonderful things I was told about Dr. Bowen were actually true and not subjective. Thank you Dr. Bowen for seeing me so quickly and understanding my dilemma and relieving me of my concerns...thank you, doesn't seem to say enough! So. because I am an Aussie I will just say a BIG "Good Onya Dr.Bowen!"
