Dr. David Alan Brown, MD

Dr. Brown is a very skilled cardiac surgeon. I would not choose anyone else to perform surgery on my family member, however his arrogant god-complex is a huge turn-off. His team of nurses, PA, and other specialists more than make up for his superiority complex. Hoping to meet a physician who is a man of God it became clear very quickly that he thinks he's God so he is not a believer. It is such a shame because his skills are remarkable. He has no problem thinking he is usurping the authority of God by predicitng death by illnesses unrelated to his specific field. He belittles you and your family in person seemingly with pleasure. My prayer is that God will do a work on his heart while he is busy working on the hearts of others.

Would not have another heart surgeon. He's very good.

Very rude. Very unprofessional bedside manner. Would never go to this doctor for care ever again. At a time in your life that you are devastated by life changing news, Dr. Brown takes advantage of being able to have center stage in your room and lectures you to the point of total destruction of your self worth. He even went so far as to belittle my husband regarding the clothes he was wearing.

Has performed Cardiac Surgery on many family members, we have very pleased with his care.

My father was a patient of Dr Brown for post operative complication from his open heart surgery. This physician is rude, arrogant, and demeaning to others around him. He intimidates family members by belittling their questions. Nursing staff on the floor are afraid to address him even with patient/family requests. If we could turn back time we would never of chosen this group for cardiac bypass or Medcentral. I now know why it is referred to as, "DEAD CENTRAL"
