The man with the golden hands!!! The most caring and gifted doctor I have ever seen!!! HIGHLY recommend. He went above and beyond for my father and family. Really knows his stuff and doesn't mess around to providing you with the best care.

Dr Novoa is very knowledgable & personable. You can have every confidence in his abilities. My husband had SIX... that's right... six bi-passes done by Dr. Novoa. We were very pleased with his care and the results.We had several physicians while my husband was in the hospital comment that should THEY need cardiac surgery... Dr Novoa would be the one! With a recommendation like that, you know you're in good hands!

Excellent surgeon. You can expect an extended wait on office visits if he's tied up in surgery. Those patients come first. Very busy man. Overall, I have no problem recommeding him. I was one of his more trying cases.
