The staff was very kind and professional. Dr Burstedt explained the procedure well. Overall good experience.

So this has nothing to do with Dr. Burstedt, but checking in at the lobby was a little frustrating. One woman was trying to figure out why an elderly man in a wheelchair was there when they didn't show any appointment. But she spent 10 minutes at least trying to figure that out on the phone. There was only one other person checking in and that was actually kind of a slow process also. There was a line of about seven people. I would think that the lady on the phone could have tasked that with someone else so she could help the customers check in. As far as Dr. Burstedt and his assistant. They always do great work and they are efficient. He is very pleasant to talk to, and even steered me in the direction of some technology that he just learned that might help me have relief for a longer period of time. I really like him.

Very good at explaining what is causing my pain. Dr. Burstedt and his staff are very professional in explaining and administering the procedure.

This was my first back injection and both the doctor and nurses were reassuring. It didn't hurt as much as I feared and was very quick.

I never felt rushed Dr.Burstedt answered all my questions and concerns he was very informative ,I would highly recommend Dr. Burstedt to anyone.

He is very good at what he does I got a steroid shot today and it didn't hurt the bad. He told me when he was going to stick the needle in and what to expect.

Very efficient office operation, ~30 min. total time. Nurses were pleasant and informative, I spent ~5 min. with Dr. Burstedt, mostly lying face down on a table. The shot was not nearly as painful as I had feared. I'd go to Dr. Burstedt again.
