Arrogant

Dr Carty billed a mammogram incorrectly, should have been paid in full by insurance and it was not. After 9 phone calls to their office, I was told there was nothing they could do and because my bill was now close to being sent to collections, I just paid it. Now, literally 1 year later I've gotten a separate facilities bill (never have I had 2 bills for a mammogram), and am being told there is nothing they can do about the charges for this either. Terrible administration, will never return to any Arch Health/Palomar Health offices again.

Warm understanding doc & staff. I would recommend Dr. Carty.

My wife and I both see Dr. Carty as our primary care physician. He is kind, attentive, and caring. He is an excellent doctor, with a down-to-earth ability to diagnose and treat medical problems and issues.

Bad care for Elderly patients. Refuses to return phone calls.
