He's so cool and he loves his kids.

Does not spend time with patient explaining diagnosis and how to deal with problem. Lacking communication skills and jokes around instead of helping patient. No sense of care for the patient.

Excellent physician with great experience and knowledge.

after prescribing an ED drug for me his next statement was a condescending remark that the drug costs so much a pill, I inferred from his tone and demeanor that I wouldn't` be able to afford it although no mention of my need or my state of mind for making the request never entered into the discussion, I subsequently filed the paper work with Pfizer only to find out that I did qualify for assistance from them ,that threshold is set fairly high for acceptance, after applying to receive my second of three prescriptions Dr Cespedes informed me he was no longer going to fill the order by simply calling Pfizer with my ID number and his DEA ID, he explained that "there was no medical emergency " so he would no longer direct his nurse to make the call. The hubris of this person to assume that my medical or psychological health were not at stake is astounding, but fter all this is the same man who told me to practice " P H C " after I explained that I couldn't` afford a dietitian , P H C is his… acronym for pie hole control ,this from someone who should more carefully reexamine his Hippocratic oath before opening his pie hole.

Wouldn't Dr. this doctor again, not because he's bad but because he is devilishly handsome :) I could not be honest about my symptoms.

Don't use this doctor!! Spent 2 days waiting for his office to call with a prescription, they never called. I called them several times and just was put on hold. I had pneumonia... I ended up going to another doctor. DON'T use this doctor... They don't care. Better off at the ER

This doctor is one of the few who accepts Medicaid, so he is frequently overwhelmed with many patients. That being said he has always been thorough and caring. He sees me and my kids. He has always answered my questions and even calls me personally with lab results. Great doctor.

Dr. Cespedes always makes sure I understand what he is telling me. He also has called me at home to discuss any problems I have. When is the last time a doctor has called you at home personally? Excellent doctor and I highly recommend him. Friendly and great bedside manner. Never rushes through appointments and makes sure I understand everything we have discussed. I highly recommend Dr. Cespedes.

Ive been a patient of elmhurst for a while, when i went in to see carlos i waited for a significant amout of time, and when he finally came in the exam room he treated me like i had the plague and he even said he didnt want to be in the same room with me. And he also made a rude comment about where i work. Im a chiropractic tech and he said i shouldnt brag about that. And he said my test results would be ready the following day but he did not call me back and i left twi messages. I feel like he did not make me a priority.
