Easy location to get to on public transit. Very little wait time to be seen. Doctor Chan was attentive & explained things very well.

I recently was diagnosed with a tounge tumor and cancer lymph nodes and had surgery to remove them, and Dr Chan, Dr Thakkar, and Dr.Koo all worked as a team to make me feel at ease during such a scary time making sure I understood what the treatment plan was and the long road ahead. I can't say enough good things about the Century ENT team they all are so on top of things and make sure you have all you need. They never are double booking patients so you are not waiting long. My journey is not done yet, but they have put me in good hands with Affiliated Oncology as they work together to make sure you have the best care after surgery. Anyone who needs great care can feel confident that they will get with Dr. Chan and the rest of the team at Century ENT.

The wait is never too long and I am able to get an appointment in a short amount of time. Dr Chan explains things well, I like his calm demeanor and I always leave feeling at ease.

Facility seemed well organized and able to access all test results from various labs. Confidence was elevated already. Doctor was able to shut out the entire facility and spoke only to me.
