He was very kind and considerate and fast! I had a long wait the previous day because he was very busy but I came back in this morning and he was worth the wait!

You don't get rushed in and rushed out with Dr. Chow. He is so thorough, and so caring. The way doctors used to be, and the way doctors still ought to be. We are very happy with Dr. Chow!

Dr. Chow is the best! Could not find any doctor who could fit me with contact lenses that I could see clearly out of AND have comfort. After 15 years of searching, he was able to do so! Sent my husband there and he is now seeing the best he's seen in years. Additionally, I had a lot of problems recovering from plastic eye surgery and he worked with me to get my eyesight back to where it should be. HE IS PHENOMENAL! My family will never go elsewhere.

Exceptional doctor. Dr. Chow has diagnosed several serious eye situations for members of my family. He does not try to handle something out of his job scope. He will refer a person to another specialist, just to make sure the patient has the best of care.

First, he charged over $500 to the insurance company for a routine checkup. Second, he was very chatty and spent a lot of time trying to convince me to go to a free dinner the next night for someone selling something. Third, I wear progressives and it took three trips and three changes to my glasses and I still can't see quite right. I finally paid out of pocket to see a second doctor who confirmed the prescription is still wrong. Nice man who needs to leave the medical profession. Stay away.

The wait was way too long. After that the visit was hurried with a second appointment made. The second visit of 10 minutes with just the same prescription filled for contacts this time! Could have been done in the previous visit. The second visit was charged. Insurance said some of the tests done were unnecessary. Expensive visits, all-in-all. One staff member needs to learn a few courtesies.
