Dr. David Leroy Cooley, DO

I made appointment yesterday for medical concerns. When I got to the office they told me I was having a physical. I tried to correct them but they told me that my insurance company said I had to have a physical. A bunch of labs ordered so I'm sure I'll get a bill for that. I called my insurance company and they said that I could not be forced to of had a physical. I also learned that this is an upsell for more money and that was probably why they did that. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. I think Dr Cooley is trying to make all the money. He can before retirementis trying

Hope you have at least an extra 45 minutes to wait in the office every appointment. Front desk staff is rude. Give you that hood clinic feel

Front desk people don't acknowledge you until they're asking for your money. No hello, no smile and they cannot even see you because there are 1 million notes on their window that you were supposed to read although your back is towardThem. Nusre who put me in room was very friendly. Dr. Cooley comes in and asks you what you're in for it even though the nurse typed it in computer. Either he is just too busy, doesn't listen or his memory is bad because he asked same questions over and over. He spent 5 min with me and most of those were spent talking down to me about my weight and smoking

excellent, so lucky to have him as a doctor.

Dr cooley is very nice he always got back to me promtly he even gave me his car phone number. As far as anything else wait time horrible, sent to a doctor that was brutal , he is so busy he doesnt take time with you and forgets what he,s doing I changed doctors

Nice dude,tries hard but be careful of him too. Especially of Sue!! I'm not sure if his staff is considered part time and overworked or what, but it's usually mass chaos in his office, which is a good thing. Well, that is until it's your health on the line and you need some serious healthcare. That's when the mass chaos becomes a problem and you'll get burned. You'll be forced to have to make your own decisions without any real support then he'll blame you for not making right choices. For a cold or sore throat type stuff he's helpful, but anything other than that you might wanna go somewhere else. If you choose to stay, I wish you all the luck in the world and if you get burned or worse yet??? I tried to warn you!!! Good luck

Dr. Cooley is a dedicated, caring doctor. If you leave a message for him, he will actually call you back. Sometimes the wait time to see him is long, but if you are ill, you will always be able to get a same day appt. Office staff is very helpful and friendly also. I love and trust Dr. Cooley.

Absolutely top notch. Awesome, hardworking, dedicated physician. Would recommend to anyone.

Old, tries working outside his range of expertise, but has one helluva nice porsche car collection.
