Dr. David Franklin Cowan, MD

Incompetent staff, rude and unable to process anything with the insurance properly.

I've been a patient over 13 years and had many of visits to Dr. Cowan's office. This office is professional, kind and genuinely caring from signing in to exiting. When others say rude office, they must be kindling!!! Not this office...I am in the medical field over 44 years and deal with tons of patients. Trust me this staff "all"" of them are stellar. People I refer there, thank me. I give them 100% rating

Rude front office help. Will not go back. Would not recommend to anyone. On the other hand, Paul H, the Physician Assistant, is really good.

Disappointed that we have had to find another physician simply because the front staff is so rude. Paul, the PA is very good and very kind to his pat ...
