Dr. David Richard Dawson, MD

I got injured on the job. After a month of treatment with another doctor who stated my injury was just a strain, I decided to look for another doctor. Keep in mind, my previous doctor never even took an Xray or imaging! They even sent me to physical therapy, which worsened my injury. I found Dr. Dawson after alot of research. I was scheduled immediately after calling Dr. Dawsons office. Dr. Dawson could not believe I didnt have any imaging or Xrays done. That was his first choice, and in less than a week I was sitting in front of Dr. Dawson going over what looked like a haystack, trying to find a tiny needle. Dr. Dawson was able to locate 2 areas of concern, and immediately started conservative treatments to identify what was triggering my pain. He found it! Of course Labor and Industries tried everything to stop me from moving forward, and even sent me to Independent Medical Examiners. Dr. Dawson stood up, and discredited the Independent Medical Examiners. He was adamant about… getting me fixed, and spent countless hours cutting through red tape. Not only was Dr. Dawson incredible, so was his staff of 2 wonderful ladies! They kept my paperwork organized, and spent countless hours cutting red tape as well. I never waited more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Dawson. This is by far the best doctor I have ever had! I am afraid of Doctors and needles, and the entire team did everything they could to convince me I would be okay! I highly recommend Dr. Dawson.

i thought he was on my side but i found he is contracted with the state and when the state would not let him do what he wanted he became complacent . made me come and see over a long period of time for nothing except to get paid when his surgery didnt work he was on the states side.

Dr. Dawson operated on my shoulder and it is doing Great! He stayed on me to rehab it. When he examined me, he would know if I had been working hard or not. Dr. Dawson is the type of Dr. that shows you that he cares about you getting better. He's what I would call a "Throw Back Dr." Back to a time when doctors cared about there patients, when they would help them prevent illness and health issues. Dr. Dawson will not be Bullied by the System, he's going to do what is Best for his Patient!! His Staff is AMAZING!!

Dr. Dawson repaired my shoulder and I couldn't be happier with my outcome. A little PT after surgery and I'm back to work pain free. Thanks Dr!

Great doctor. Dr. Dawson takes time to explain everything. He and his staff are friendly and fun. He has done meniscus surgery on both my knees, five years apart. I feel better than ever! Highly recommend!

I was checked in by 2 very nice gals named Lexi and Ilima (sp?) and they got me all ready to see Dr. Dawson. Dr. Dawson spent over 20 minutes with me and didn't leave until all my questions were answered. We dicussed treatment options and decided to try physical therapy first. So happy I decided to come here for treatment. The best office I have been to in a long time. 5 stars for me.

David R. Dawson has been treating me for years. He and his team have been Excellent. I would refer him to anyone in need of a good caring doctor.

All of the staff is always so pleasant and prompt and Doctor Dawson is always very precise in everything he does and always smiling. My family has been going to him for years. They are the best

Dr. Dawson's office staff was very friendly. They checked me in quickly and I was able to see the doctor within minutes. He spent a good amount of time talking and explaining to me what was wrong and we made a plan. I am recovering fast and can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend Dr. Dawson to anyone who is looking for an Orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Dawson preformed a knee arthroscopy on my knee . i have to say he is indeed the best. my surgery went great, was on my feet quickly, within days. I have great respect for Dr Dawson, he is truly a "real" doctor. the type you remember. he is very professional and yet caring and truly concerned with his patients well being. his surgercial skills and knowledge very very impressive. I would HIGHLY recomended dr Dawson to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery. you are i good hands with dr Dawson and you will be amazed by your recovery.
