I spent 5 days at Cleveland medical institute last week for migraines. The clinic staff is beyond helpful and create a safe environment for treatment. Dr. Demingone is extremely knowledgeable about pain relief and listens carefully in order to prescribe for you as an individual. I am three days out pain free. A special shout out to the surgical nurse, Shawna. I would suggest anyone who has chronic intactable migraine to consider a trip to Cleveland Medical Institute. If and when i need a booster i will be back. Count myself lucky that i didn't go to Cleveland Clinic where i would not have the individual care i needed. Thank you!

Dr . Demangone and his staff are all truly wonderful and caring . His office staff Melanie ,Toni and Judy are always helpful and happy and they all work hard and are very busy but you never feel like you aren't taken care of. This doctor is a special brand, he's down to earth and he has something most physicians lack and that is empathy and kindness . I hope he never retires!

Very disappointed in not only the staff, but Dr. Demagone as well! I was a patient for over 10 years, with several injuries due to a car accident as well as a couple auto immune disease. Over the years we have tried several different types of procedures, medications as well as holistic approaches to try and have a good and manageable quality of life. Although nothing can cure me or take away my pain fully, it was being managed in a way that was consistent and comfortable. I had even referred several of my friends, coworkers and family to his office. We always had a great open patient, doctor relationship. Due to me being on certain medications, I would always notify him as well as the office staff if I was traveling for work or out of town due to my child playing a travel sport, which was never an issue as I was always up front and honest and caused no issues that would raise any red flags. My last appointment I had to call a week prior, due to covid protocol and unfortunately I was… quarantined again and needed another virtual visit. I believe the office staff was getting upset with me, as my last few appointments were done virtually, I have children in school that keep bouncing back and forth due to being exposed. Each time, I would email the quarantine paperwork to the office to show the exact dates, so they knew I needed a virtual appointment, however this last time I was being yelled at and accused of making this up. I tried to ignore it, but the office staff became verbally abusive with me and placing me on hold for 30+ minutes at a time and hanging up on me. During my appointment I had notified Dr. Demagone of an out of town meeting my family had for one day, as I always did when I would be out of town. The day I was out of town the office called me and said I needed to be in before the end of the day or I would no longer be a patient, I thought maybe this was a mistake since I just had my appointment two days ago and had notified everyone of my prior commitment, but it wasn’t. I had emailed proof of me going out of town and offered to come there on my way home or the next business day, however that was not sufficient for them. I’m not concerned about finding a new doctor, I’m more so just disappointed in the treatment from everyone there, after being a good patient for over ten years! It’s like I was set up for failure, as they knew that was the one day I was unavailable, and to make matters even worse no one in the office will tell me why this happened and will not even schedule me to have a phone call with Dr. Demagone to see if this is an oversight. I feel someone in the office dropped the ball and refuses to take ownership of this and instead of acting in a professional manner to solve the problem, they are treating me horribly!

22 years of playing full contact football has my body falling apart from Top to bottom. Dr. Demangone has finally found the right combination of Exercise and medicine for me to get through the day almost pain free . The office is always clean and also has an elevator so I don't have to use the stairs. Thanks Doc for getting me back on track so I can work full time again!

Dr. Demingone extremely patient takes the time , listens to you. The staff is extremely wonderful caring courteous . Professional staff . Never rushed when I’m there . Five-star facility

I called for an appointment for pain management and I could not believe how rude the person was that answered the phone. I was put on hold and then she came back with a very curt attitude. I asked if they took Worker's Comp and you would have thought I had insulted her and the doctor, even though, I told her I two other insurances. She said he would do injections for another doctor but would give me the name of a different pain management doctor. I do not believe I would use anyone she recommends. I know this review is not conveying the tone of my interaction with his employee as intense and insulting I feel it was, but I have not ever felt so strongly as to leave a review. (I have never left a review before.)
