Dr. David Wayne Dinwiddie, MD

Dr. Dinwiddie is such a rare doctor. He’s thorough, caring and knowledgeable. I’ve been with him for 28 years. I will follow him wherever he goes. He puts his patients first.

i would just like to add my 5 star rating to dr. d. he is the best dr i have had in my years at kaiser and elsewhere. his 'bedside' manner makes it very easy to be around him. he is fast, too the point..yet patient and thorough. he has even called me at home if for some reason he thought i should know the results of a test immediately or for othet various reasons. he quickly refers me to the proper dr if i needsomething done which is not in his areas of expertise. i feel very secure with him and he is the main reason i pay for kaiser out of my own pocket. i just hope....that he doesnt get any thoughts of retiring for a long, long time.

Dr. Dinwiddie is a bright, caring physician who listens to his patients and is willing to do what is necessary to get them the correct diagnosis (including all indicated tests) and treatment. Unfortunately, the Kaiser HMO makes his patient load too heavy and schedule too tight. If you go to see him, bring a succinct list of what you need to cover. Although he practices conventional medicine, he is not against alternative medicine.
