I have an appointment at 2:20 PM I came at 1:30 and They did not have a sign in sheet. They called us in to the room at 2:30 Sat there and waited until 3:30 and then I came out and asked the receptionist, she said the doctor still have one patient ahead of you and she won’t know how much longer it would take ????? Her attitude and the way they book patients is unprofessional. They need to book patients with appropriate time frame. I’ll never come back

We have been seeing Dr. Doan for over a year and have been nothing but happy! He’s approach is not generic but taylored to the patients needs and history. He always takes time to listen and answers all of our questions!

If I could give less than one star I would. This clown office is the most unprofessional and unethical medical practice I have experienced. If you would like to wait over six week to simply be told nothing major is wrong after a brain scan of your child, then this is your guy. If you want an office manager to break the law and tell you that the "Dr will decide if he's going to release your records to you" after requesting them to find a new Dr after over 6 calls asking for results go unanswered and never returned. Yes, the only way I actually got results or any communication for that matter from this office after my son's MRI (and calling over 6 times for results) was to request my medical records so i could bring them to a new doctor. As soon as that request was made, in writing, Taylor their office manager (or whatever her title was) called to inform us "you could not just request records and the Dr will decide if it was ok for us to have them and see a different… doctor and would have to give us permission". Then after multiple failings of his office and after illegal unethic behavior he refused to help my son any further because I cursed once on his office waiting room after waiting for over 60 min after my appt with my three children. I would very much question this doctors ability to provide safe, legal, and ethical treatment for any patient. Needless to say I will be reporting this to the medical board as this doctor and his office's behavior have caused and still are causing my son to suffer.

Dr Really spends time and listens to your concerns. Explains in detail. Front desk lady was very helpful and nice.

Dr. Doan is an awesome pediatric neurologist. He has an excellent demeanor that is well suited for working with children and for interacting with parents. He always listens to our concerns and input regarding our daughter's care and spends additional time with us when necessary. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has been a leader in coordinating collaborative care for our daughter. Beyond that, the staff is amazing, the CNS office is beautiful, and the wait time is minimal.
