Dr. David Joseph Dowling, MD

The visit with Dr. Dowling was a very positive experience. He was professional, informative and identify my problem. Unfortunately, the support of your staff could be improved to make your operation run more smoothly smoothly. I live independent, my sister has been here to give me support. Unfortunately she has to leave on Thursday. We attempted to get home care services, starting on Monday as we wanted someone to come before she left Candy said she would handle it. We didn’t hear anything so we called to inquire on status, left a message. We didn’t hear anything; but did receive a terse message that she had been working on our request all day. Another phone call message was left, and Candy’s message to us was that I needed to follow up with my primary care. My sister leaves tomorrow, no home care no more information. This request was a very standard request that should not have taken this long. Your staff isn’t giving you the support that you need or deserve. Dr. Dowling… your service was a 5 star; unfunately your support was on 2 star at best.

My wait time was very short. Dr Dowling explained everything in plain terms. The treatment plan he outlined is one where narcotics are NOT the first resort. I’m grateful for that.

The doctor was very understanding and told me what he thought I should do and he was .friendly and try get physically . Therapy for back at this clinic

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Dr Dowling. The plan is to see if a nerve block will provide relief in Leiu of surgery. He was timely , professional. And now we wait to see if shot works!

Dr. Dowling is very thorough and listens to his patients. He has CB looked at all angles to keep me from having surgery - as I asked that this be a last resort. Everyone in the office is very personable and kind.

Dr. Dowling is conscientious and is taking a thoughtful approach In my treatment. He’s applying multiple techniques in to affect incremental relief with minimal side effects. The near term plan we implemented has provided timely non-narcotic pain relief. We are on a good path and I’m confident I will get an optimal result - like I’ve now come to expect from Orthosouth.

Dr. David was very friendly, patient and very attentive to my back pain concerns.
