Dr. Edwards was very personable and put my husband at ease which is not always easy since my husband has Alzheimer’s. He chatted with us and kept my husband comfortable throughout. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They made a process that can be difficult pleasant. Thank you all!

In the beginning I had Dr . Dillard but now I have Dr . Edwards I like him he’s awesome they are both good doctors but , Dr.Edwards rocks , he’s thorough and he helps you understand what’s going on and all his staff is really nice !

My first visit with Dr. Edwards he suggested sinus surgery and a tonsillectomy. I had never in my life had an issue with my tonsils. However this was my first surgery that I had ever had in my life so I was trusting his medical opinion. I was having trouble breathing and we later found out was due to a brain tumor I had. The tumor was pressing on nerves that controlled my lung function. I never needed sinus surgery. I never fully recovered from his sinus surgery and A year later I had to go to a different doctor and have what he did corrected. They have been fine ever since. He was rude and condescending. He did not welcome any questions and loved correcting your grammar. He was rude to his staff as well. Recently, I was having problems with pain in my eye. I was diagnosed with a mucocele. The doctor that diagnosed me informed me this was absolutely due to my previous sinus surgery from years past with Dr. Edwards. Obviously he did something wrong that caused this. He definitely wants… to do surgery and doesn’t even try medications first. I would run if I were you!

Read his reviews! He will convince you that you need multiple procedures. Run run run. Get a second opinion from wellstar ent, Performed unnecessary procedures that left me full of serious bacterial infections and an Abcess that required emergency surgery. Pesudmonas Putida, Serratia aureus , staph. After going through my original ctscan reports, my scans were normal.! He's is the definition of oporotunist. I had over 13 post op appointments. No one was ever allowed back in the exam rooms with me! My surgery took over 8 hours as outpatient and no one ever bothered to check on me from his office. I developed an Abcess the day after surgery which required emergency surgery. It took three days of leaving urgent voice mails to get a response. Other patients have had serious issues with this Dr. His bad reviews are REAL. My final visit to Dr. Edwards was when he wanted to back in for a third surgery to open a complete blockage created by the first one. Oh and the machine that he uses to… suction out sinus mucus backed up while in my nose. Evidently his nurse had forgotten to empty it!! It shut off during my post op. Disgusting! ! Don't take a chance with your health. It's been 4 years and dozens of Doctors, Medications, physical therapy, hospital stays, side effects, pain and suffering to correct the damage. Not to mention 4 more intensive surgeries. I'm now dealing with a supressd immune system, neuropathy, monthly gammaglobulin treatments to boost my antibodies. Altering the intetior structure of my sinuses, and removing multiple normal lymph nodes along with the chronic big gun antibiotics ie Levaquin, vancomycin, cipro and high doses of steroids have left me permanently damaged.
