Dr. John Ruston Simpson, MD

Looking at the other reviews I wasnt the only one who had a terrible experience at Dr sueuss I mean Simpsons (homer) office. Place sux! Stay away!

Two of his office workers told me that Dr. Simpson ordered his staff to never contact him if he is not in one of his offices even if it is during business hours. I saw him on a Wednesday for an ear infection and there were problems concerning the antibiotic prescriptions he sent to the pharmacy. He wasn't in his offices Thursday & Friday during business hours so the infection would have gotten worse if I hadn't gone to another doctor. I told one of the women that work for him to tell him that he is no longer my doctor and that I wouldn't support his lifestyle because he doesn't care if he deserves the money he gets and she told me she felt the same way about this that I do. There are people in this world that get money by hook or by crook but I doubt that Dr. Simpson would ever take time to earn it. I think he is a pitiful example of a doctor or a decent human being and I tell everyone to stay away from people like this.

Dr. Simpson has a very off-putting manner. He's very rude, and he does not seem to care about his patients aside from their ability to put money in his pocket. I dropped him after a couple of visits because it was obvious that he was not at all interested in addressing my medical issues. He seemed to enjoy insulting me and billing me (over-billing in some instances). I do not recommend this doctor. There are many fine specialists in the same area, so stay away from this one!

extremely friendly office staff. Dr. Simpson spent a lot of time with me explaining the various options regarding my condition but never pressured me to do a particular one. He was very knowledgable about my condition(s) and has been the only ENT doctor whose been able to correctly diagnose me. He answered my many questions as well. So YES I would DEF recommend this dr and his staff to others..... ESP if you have been displeased elsewhere.
