Dr. Clinton Alexander Ashford, MD

Dr. Ashford and his staff were amazing. All in the space of one appointment I had a complete exam in which they made sure to leave no stone unturned. Dr. Ashford is obviously dedicated and thorough, and has an excellent bedside manner. He took his time explaining a complex issue, and personally called me on the phone after an MRI to explain the results and my options going forward in great detail. My experience went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alex Ashford. He's very humble, kind, and thorough. He took his time with me and listened intently to my problem. I was relieved that he was able to resolve it there in his office. His staff are beyond reproach and first-rate. I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever with my experience there; in fact, I felt as if I got my money's worth and then some. I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to Ashford Clinic. My daughter already sees him for her sinuses and throat, so she was my reference to see him. For too long, Athens has been without a decent ENT--NO MORE! Ashford Clinic fills that gap. It helps, too, that Dr. Ashford is a Ga Bulldawg, so it's nice for him to come home and invest in building his practice here in Athens. Even if I didn't live nearby, I would drive to see Dr. Ashford--he's just that good.

Dr. Ashford took such exceptional care of my 3 year old daughter who had to have her ears cleaned out. His staff were very friendly and helpful. Her appointment was with such ease. We are very thankful for everyone for such great care. My daughter left with a smile on her face and she even had to have a procedure! We will definitely be back if need be and use them for our family's needs.

I've been incredibly impressed with both Dr. Ashford and his practice. I had an extremely severe sinus infection, and he saw me frequently and made sure the office staff would fit me in as needed until I was recovered. I never have to sign in because the staff remembered me after me first visit. I've never had to wait in the waiting room longer than 5-10 minutes, which is unlike any other specialist practice I've ever visited. The facility is beautiful and well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the care is excellent from the office staff to the nurses to Dr. Ashford. I am very pleased.

Dr. Ashford spent a good deal of time attempting to determine what was causing my symptoms. Instead of beginning the process by sending me to specialists, he attempted to narrow the field through testing to make certain I was steered in the right direction. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The only negative is they did not follow up with me after testing.
