Dr. Douglas Christian Miller, DO

I have been a patient of Dr Millers for almost 3 months. This gentleman is heaven sent. When I have called his office to leave a message he returns my call, he doesn't give me a half answered question through his staff he PERSONALLY CALLS ME BACK. He is very knowledgeable and especially kind and caring. I cannot compliment him enough. The only slightly negative thing I could mention would be to agree with the review on the front office staff but I have noticed that there has been a change there. It would be a great idea if all of Dr Millers patients could do a fund raiser to finance his return to med school so he could be an expert in all areas and treat us for any problems that may arise!! Not only is Dr Miller a fantastic medical professional he is a fantastic human who doesn't treat his patients as another copay but as people he wants to make feel better.

Personable, professional and on time. Tired of waiting in waiting rooms for up to an hour. This doctor values my time and shows it by being ready at my scheduled appt. time. I am encouraged that there is a least one doctor left who is interested in me and not in how many patients he can cram in a day!

Dr. Miller has performed surgery on both my children. His care for his patients is not one that is typically seen by most doctors. He is patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. His front office staff has always been friendly and helpful. The only negative we experienced is the amount of time we have to wait. I believe it is due to Dr. Miller wanting to spend enough time with each person. So although the wait time isn't great, it is worth it. I recommend Dr. Miller ever chance I get.

Doctor Miller seems to be a good man, a good doctor. However, his staff is completely awful. The receptionist was overheard using foul language loudly in front of myself and another first time patient. Same employee is very rude and uncaring. Lies to patients about completing and sending paperwork as promised. Nurse "scheduled" surgery for me, only to arrive at the hospital to find that no one from the office had communicated any information about the surgery to the hospital. And when I complained, I was told it was my fault for not reminding them to do their job. In the future I will be going elsewhere for any such issues.
