Dr. David John Faulk, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Faulk for a couple of months now and I take such comfort in knowing that I have a knowledgeable, personable, and truly caring psychiatrist. It is hard to cope with my mental illness. Having Dr. Faulk as my physician gives me confidence and helps me to be optimistic, which is good for everyone's well-being, sick or not. I highly recommend his services.

It was refreshing to meet Dr. Faulk as he had his initial meeting with my wife as his patient. I was encouraged with his demeanor. He was very effective and affirming in connecting with his patient. He made my wife and me comfortable and reassured of him as a professional and a human being. I look forward to our progress toward healing with the guidance of Dr. Faulk.

I moved my older brother here from out of state. He resides in a senior care facility, and cannot manage his health care. I made an appointment at the Kingsland office. We met with PA Tamsyn O'Flynn right on time. She was very thorough in her questions, so she could get an accurate picture of my brother's needs. She was documenting what she heard, and she carefully studied the medications. She also administered an injection my brother needs every two weeks. The PA and office staff worked very well together. A couple of weeks after the appointment, staff from the senior care facility said they needed a renewal on one of my brother's prescriptions, they were down to only a few days worth of dosages. I called the Kingsland office and requested a prescription, only to learn there was extensive protocol that had to followed in order for the PA, and any physician to be certified to write a prescription the pharmaceutical company would honor. A test is a required part of the protocol. The PA… and the office staff worked diligently over two days to meet the requirements and get the drug to my brother. I very much appreciate their diligence.

He is my favorite doctor , he helped me through A Crisis which no other Dr could and continued for 10 years

I drive a distance is 75 miles now to visit with Dr.Faulk, yes, I have moved and should find a local Dr. However, I have never found a psychiatrist who also understands medical problems and that is the best of both worlds. Sometimes, he knows before the Dr's do and most time he helps me to understand medical better than my Dr. There are numerous reasons one being you are in shock when they first tell you something and two,the setting with Dr.'Faulk is better because you can sit back relax and then he will calmly explain and let it get into your head and how to deal with it. I cannot say enough kind words about a man who makes you feel, he cares about how you are doing. And, I believe he does care. He is a wonderful human being, great to visit with, calm and natural, consistent and kind and, knows his job. I highly recommend Dr. Faulk for the entire family. It was indeed a pleasure to be able to write this for such a fine Doctor and one who cares. Thank You.

dont go to him. he will schedule you appointments and close the office without telling you. they will not answer the phones either. the worst care ive ever seen from a dr.

Dr. Faulk is a great guy, very difficult to reach on telephone and somewhat difficult on follow ups; in this type of medecine, you must be available!!!!!!
