Dr. David Mark Feldman, MD

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. First let me put out he is condescending, dismissive and rude also arrogant. All he did was read my bloodwork said continue to take meds. Disregarded any other issues. When I said did you do anything more than look at my bloodwork, he stepped back for a moment in shock than looked at my chart. The PA brought up changes in my MRI from last time and still nothing. Mind you this was my first and last appointment. I left so upset. He was also unfamiliar with my liver condition. One of the primary side effects noted by the liver Association I was experiencing he dismissed that too. Days later still upset. Worst doctor ever

I went to him a couple of years ago for awhile, then finally stopped going. He never answers your calls if you call him, and you are sick. He makes his wife answer all his calls and she is so rude,a real horror. The only way you get your results from him, if he does a procedure, is if you make an appointment with him. He wants to make money on the visit. Stay away

Dr. Feldman is great but his medical secretary who I just learned is his wife is just horrible. She's just downright rude. She lies repeatedly about wait times. I'm ditching Dr. Feldman because of her.

Dr. Feldman is an outstanding gastroenterologist. He has been a true stalwart in my GI healing and healthy maintenance. Besides being an expert in his field and up on the latest research, his listening skills are outstanding, he's patient and thorough, and he's a true mensch. I strongly recommend Dr. Feldman without reservation.

Dr. Feldman is the best in his field, he has been treating me for 15 years, if it wasn't for his expertise and in depth knowledge i wouldn't be her now writing this. not only is he "THE BEST OF THE BEST" but he is a kind, compassionate human being, great bedside manners and most important to me is he's a great listener. this combination is very rare anywhere......especially of a doctor of his caliber.

The "receptionist" here could NOT be more of a joke, however she is apparently the Doctor's wife so I doubt anything anyone could write would affect the way she "does" her "job" (in quotations because it's almost laughable how she actually does NOTHING). She doesn't answer the phone at the office (I once needed a prescription called into my pharmacy and called the office for two days straight within business hours with NO answer before actually GOING to the office to get them to call it in). She also told me she "didn't know" if they accepted credit/debit cards for copays the first time I went, which was highly suspicious to me. Additionally, when booking a follow up appointment, she purposefully booked an appointment on a day that I told her I was NOT available, explaining that it was "easier for her" to do so than to wait for me to look up a day that I actually was available and get back to her. So not only is she absurdly inefficient and, let's be honest, stupid, but 100% rude as… well. Lastly, the first time I went to this office, someone who appeared to be a teenager not wearing appropriate medical clothing or anything to show that he was a nurse or any type of medical professional, took my vitals. I found this highly questionable because this "nurse" (?????????) really resembled a skater punk teenager with loads of acne. WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS OFFICE?? It's almost like The Twilight Zone because it is just that unprofessional. Literally the only upside is the fact that the doctor himself is nice and knowledgable. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact him directly, by phone or otherwise, without dealing with the horrible lump of nothingness and inactivity at reception. If the doctor had a personal extension or email address for patients to use the experience would be 100x better.

After visiting David Feldman numerous times for a colonoscopy, endoscopy, and the whole 9 yards, I can say Feldman more or less knows what he's doing. His office staff--i.e., Cindy, his wife--however, is horrific. When I discovered they were committing medicare fraud--among other excruciatingly frustrating things about his billing and booking staff--I reported it to my insurance provider and promptly left his office and receiving my records. About three months later I received a note from Feldman's staff letting me know that he was "withdrawing from further professional attendance upon [me]", and included the option to have my record released. This just goes to show you how detached his office is from what is going on... It feels like I broke up with a boyfriend who then called me back a month later to tell me he was breaking up with me. Regardless, don't waste your time--and more importantly, your money. Because this place is cash only and let me tell you, if you want a receipt that… you can explain to your health care provider, well, you sure ain't gonna get it here.

In my entire life, I have never been so abusively treated by someone in a doctor's office.

I've never met such a professional and dedicated Doctor. When I had surgeries, he was there before, during and after, checking on me regularly and upon my release. When I was hospitalized, he visited and called in to see about my stay. His staff is superb, especially Ceci.

I like Dr. Feldman. He could be a little friendlier, but he is a smart doctor. I have seen him several times for the past 3 years. However, even his skill as a doctor does not make up for the frustrating downright rude wife of his who does his billing and often answers the phone and reminds of or schedules appointments. She is nasty. I can not stand her whiny, condescending voice. She talks down to patients as if they are stupid and she is so high and mighty. NOT sure why she thinks that way, she doesn't have much of a reason. I don't feel like being lectured every time I call with a question or when I ask to leave a message with the doctor. I just will not go there anymore. Before it seemed like she wasn't as involved, but now she is more and I refuse to deal with her anymore. The rest of the office is great, but she is just too much. No more of my money will ever go to her. Sorry Dr. Feldman.
