Listen to what you see on here and do not see this man. He completely dismissed what I shared with him regarding my health issues. He is rude, hurried, and not thorough. He has poor bedside manners and Kaiser needs to reconsider him.

Worse Doctor at any Kaiser. Short, doesn’t listen and rude

This man was rude and flippant and uncaring. I was there with my elderly husband as his advocate. Dr. Foos barely acknowledged me. He spoke with sarcasm and harshness. When I told him that I had been waiting for a response to my two emails, he told me that he has 3-7 days to respond! At one point he told me to get out of his office. When I disagreed, he told me it wasn’t an option. I have never been talked to or dealt with so inconsiderately in all my dealing with doctors. Worst of all is that I don’t believe he has my elderly husband’s best interests at heart, which is nothing to joke about.

Rude, not knowledgeable, doesn't like patients, gives patients the run around, impatient, is not helpful, don't waste your time with this guy. If he doesn't like to see patients then maybe Kaiser should reconsider his employment because he is awful and this is why I left Kaiser 10 yrs ago. He stated to my son that Kaiser nor he fills out state disability paperwork, refused to treat the medical symptoms and told him to go find a disability doctor. Who does that? If I could give a negative zero I certainly would.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. My experience with this joke of a Dr. was the worst I’ve ever experienced with any doctor. He completely refused to listen to what I had to say about my health, ridiculed me for being late to my appointment when Kaiser had schedules do me at the incorrect facility and basically told me to try some nasal spray to help with the sickness I’ve had for approximately 2 months straight now. He was extremely rude and inconsider of how I felt about my health. As soon as I told him I was a smoker he instantly became judgmental and biased towards me. I will be cancelling my insurance policy with kaiser and making sure all of my family and friends know about this.

Don't waste your time seeing him. He shows little interest in his patients and will rush your appointment. He also takes over a week to respond to emails. Just uncaring and unprofessional.

Dr. Foos was very rude, dismissive, and talked over me. He would not listen to why I was at the doctor’s office to begin with. He had formed his opinion of me & what I should do before letting me finish telling him what was going on with me.
