Dr. Friedman came to the ER in NJ on a Sunday night to check our daughter. He was attentive, compassionate, professional and friendly. He performed surgery on her the following night and was just wonderful to her and us (her parents). The surgery was a success and she was out of the hospital the following day after being checked by him twice.

We unfortunately have had contact with this man in two different hospital. I guess we should learn to call hospital 1st and make sure we will not have him. Rushes through exam, doesn't complete, says he will be back and never returns. Always remembers to send bill though. Will go out of state next time

Dr. Friedman is excellent. He makes my daughter feel calm and explain everything in the way that we all understand. The patient health is his priority. He knew what my daughter had at once. I will go to him again and again !!!

Dr. Friedman is a gem! I cannot say enough about the time and attention that he gave to our son while in the ER. Dr. Friedman never left our sons side. He took care of him as if he was his own grandson! I felt completely at ease with my son in his care. He is one of a kind!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Oh gosh, where do I begin. Vicki in the billing dept is the most rude & unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She is a liar & has no idea how to handle insurance claims in a timely manner. We had primary & secondary insurnaces & she never billed secondary insurance eventhough I told her to do so a long time before the deadline & now they billed us over 10k. My secondary insurance said they would pay ballance had it been submitted. She is a nasty, rude, person. I've spent days & days typing sending faxing, documenting things, calling because she is inefficient at what she does. Dr. Freidman is a nice doctor, just really should consider getting rid of Vicki.

Dr. Friedman is a kind and caring surgeon with excellent surgical skills. My children have been treated by him with excellent results.

Dr. Friedman does not have a good bedside manner. His office staff is extremely unprofessional and unethical. If you have a problem with billing, Vicki will NOT help you at all. They even send out notes to tell you how to get around the insurance company's decisions, This practice is a prime example of why our Nation is in a healthcare crisis. I would recommend to stay AWAY!!
