Dr. David William Glenn, MD

My family had seen Dr. Harris and then Dr. Stenhouse for many years so we were used to having doctors that seemed to actually care about the patient. Dr. Glenn has been the opposite. Every time one of my kids would see him, the doctor said all of his issues were caused by his weight. My son could have died because Dr. Glenn blamed his shortness of breath on his weight and told me he should just exercise. His O2 levels were dropping into the 80s when he walked which is NOT normal. Finally a dr at Urgent Care told us to go straight to the ER where we told we should find a new doctor because clearly the one we had wasn't very good. One of my other sons gets treated for a different illness from a specialist and recently Dr. Glenn felt the need to lecture him on the med the specialist prescribes. Oh and the letters that recount the visit lie and say weight loss was discussed. This was on one of my kids' letters who is not even close to overweight. Dr. Glenn seems like a guy whose mom… told him he had to be a doctor but he really hates people. We've all since switched to a much better provider.

Got me in the same day I called, which is unheard of in this area anymore. Very attentive to my needs.

Poor communication with patients. He doesn’t seem to care about the complaint that you come in with. Does as little as possible to relieve concerns. Still have the problem that I went in with. Nobody follows up

I came from another state I’ve been sick for 2 1/2 years. I have to say that my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when he took time to really listen about what was going on with my medical problems. If you have gone to many doctors with different diagnoses you can understand what it’s like talking to physicians Who just don’t care what you have to say. Dr. Glenn is a problem solver I believe that he can really figure out my true diagnosis. He’s been sending me to specialist and I’m thankful for that. I would highly recommend him i’m also going to send my daughter and my husband to see him. He is a wonderful doctor. He has a wonderful staff that greets you. they are kind and when you come in they always greet you with a smile.

Dr Glenn didn't listen to my problems and was very slow to react. Not at all friendly or personable. Rude and condescending when asked about filling a prescription. Was very free in diagnosing a problem I did not have and wanted to give me a prescription for that. Took over a week for a referral. This is very slow since I was out of medication. Will try to find another doctor.

Dr.Glenn is efficient and personable.Highly knowledgeable and an asset to the medical staff.
