Dr. David Andrew Godin, MD

I was referred to Dr. Godin a couple of years ago because I was having dizzy and vertigo issues. Everyone convinced me it was vertigo. He examined my hearing first and then did a few tests and told me it wasn't vertigo but he wanted to rule stuff out and that I should go to the ER at NYU. Needless to say, Dr. Godin saved my life. My most recent visit on Feb 2nd, 2026 was for another issue and he was so kind and informative with great advice on what my next steps should be. Awesome doctor and straight to the point. Listen to your doctor when he gives you advice, he wants what is best for you.

I have needed surgery to correct my deviated septum my entire life and have always had issues breathing well/sleeping. I had been seeing Dr. Godin for roughly 2-3 years as my ENT and every time we met he would recommend the surgery. I had delayed getting the surgery for a plethora of reasons but eventually I decided to do it. I cannot recommend Dr. Godin enough as a surgeon, a doctor, and a person. He truly changed my life and did such an amazing job from start to finish. The surgery center was clean, extremely easy to deal with, and paid attention to every detail. It's been 4 months since the surgery and I breathe and sleep perfectly. If you are also delaying getting the surgery, stop, and please get in touch with Dr. Godin, he is fantastic!

My 9 year old son recently underwent a subtotal tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and coblation of turbinates with Dr. Godin. I cannot stress enough how fantastic our overall experience was, especially with an anxious child. He was wonderful explaining what would happen with the various procedures in a manner we could understand, checked on us right afterward and our follow up visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Godin - you have nothing to worry about!

Our experience with Dr Godin was above excellent, he owns excellent bedside manners for pediatric pts and very understanding toward anxious parents, he checked personally multiple times on my son post surgery, the incision was proper with nicely aligned edges which will not be even noticeable in a year. Dr Godin is very friendly, knowledgable, provides education about surgery, answers all your questions, he is straight forward to the point and honest, Initially we made an appointment by mistake with a wrong specialist but office stuff was very nice and switch us to Dr Godin who kindly agreed to assess my son the same day. We were very happy with result and service

I met with Dr. Godin to discuss surgery for tongue cancer. I was extremely nervous about this situation, but Dr. Godin clearly explained the surgery procedure to me and answered all of my questions fully and completely. He was also very upfront about what the recovery process would entail and made sure that I had all needed medications on hand ahead of time. I definitely appreciated being so fully and accurately prepared. Happily, the surgery was very successful and my recovery time was not as uncomfortable as I expected. I am very grateful to Dr.Godin for his skill and for his caring. I would also like to compliment the office staff at ENT. It was easy to schedule appointments; the wait time was minimal; and Dr. Godin’s assistant was professional and courteous. I have to give a special shout-out to Denise, who handled the pre-surgery paperwork. When the pre-op clearance from one of my doctors didn’t arrive on time, she was exceptionally helpful in following up herself to be sure… all documentation was coordinated on time. This is one of the most efficient and pleasant medical offices that I have experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Godin and this practice.

Dr.Godin saved my life. I went in for, what I thought was, a routine check-up on my irritated sinuses due to the winter weather and intense NYC apartment radial heating. After prescribing me a 10-day antibiotic, I returned feeling much better. He insisted on taking a biopsy of one area that looked a little inflamed. I felt like maybe this was not necessary but I gave my consent as I did trust him and his experience. I'm glad I did as the biopsy came back as positive for cancer. It lead me on a long journey to oncologists to treatment, and finally recovery. If it wasn't for Dr.Godin's instincts and expertise I don't know how long it would have taken to be diagnosed with cancer, let alone find where it was stemming from. I know a biopsy can sound like a scary thing, but a couple of seconds of discomfort can mean a world of difference.

Wonderful experience with Dr Godin. My 6 year old daughter required tonsil and adenoid removal which was a scary experience for all involved. Dr Godin's humor, professionalism and surgical skills were top class and it has been life changing experience for our daughter. We will forever be grateful that Dr Godin was our choice.

Dr.Godin is an unusual doctor. He has a clear command of his field coupled with an insightful decision making process. He goes the distance for you and today a doctor so outstanding is difficult to find. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience with Dr. Godin and glad I went to him to take care of my thyroid cancer. He was smart and took the time to answer my notebook full of questions and referred me to an amazing endocrinologist to handle my routine care.
