David found us as desperate parents who'd sign anything to get help for their child. In spring of 2021, my husband and I went to him in hopes of getting our son into an overnight program. Right out the bat he charged me $8,000 and said this is a flat fee that covers unlimited visits with him. He also said if by six months we don't get anywhere, he'd refund half our money. we didn't have this in writing. He had my husband sign a very general document, charged my credit card and filed my insurance about 18 sessions which I only found helpful about %10 of the time. Fortunately he gave us half of our money back. But the rest was kept. I'm afraid he was an expense I could have avoided if I wasn't so desperate. My insurance covered only about half his claims. So basically I lost all the rest.
