Very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He really takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Golombos when I suspected prostate cancer. He biopsied my prostate and later informed me that I had early prostate cancer. I met with him once after that for a consultation, so in total, I saw him three times, once for the biopsy, once for the results, and a final time for the consultation. On the biopsy side, I found his style rougher than it needed to be for a procedure that required delicate insertion and repositioning in the rectum. My first, and hopefully last time, so I can't say for sure. After the two consultations, I came away with the same opinion. He seems to have a set speech that he goes through and does not like to be interrupted. He also doesn't respond well to questions, seeming annoyed at times. I always felt rushed and he seemed to be relieved when he left the room. He may be a fine surgeon, but I'll never get to that point.
