Dr. David Gould, MD

Dr. Gould does not care about his patients. He is more concerned about getting you in and out. I was the last appointment of the day and he gave me 12 mins and limited me to only discussing 2 of my issues. Made me feel it was my fault for picking the last appointment. I became flustered and started crying and he decided to walk out of my appointment just leaving me sitting there. The urine sample I had given was thrown away and was sent home with a possible UTI or Kidney infection.

I am very sad that I am looking for a new doctor, we have been going to dr Gould for 5 years now but he has moved and things have changed, I have been calling for a week and a half to get my RX changed from a generic to a brand necessary... easy right!!! Not anymore.. Nobody had the decency to even address my problem or call me back I had to drive there and waited 45 min to get a new prescription.. I cannot have a doctor that you cannot get a hold of... the staff are terrible

The staff is horrible! They lied and told me I didn't need an appointment to get my referral only for me to find out the day before my asthma appointment that I needed to come in. I had to drop rebutting I was doing to get in so that I could keep my asthma appointment the next day. The woman who answered the phone was rude and didn't care that over a month ago she gave me the wrong information. When i told the Dr about what happened he didn't apologize or anything and acted as if it was my fault HIS staff told me the wrong information. I will NEVER see this dr again. I am changing my pcp as soon as I'm done w my appointment

Most reviews are true. He can seem personable but really just wants to get you in and out. It's all about the turnover. Does not pay his staff what they are owed , that's why the staff is always changing. I would definitely think twice, make that three times before going to this doctor.

Yes, Dr. Gould has a calm bedside manner, but doesn't go the extra mile. He wants patients with easy problems that he can just write a script or pacify and go on to the next patient. He almost has a laxidasical attitude. If you have concerns about things he seems to just "shrug" and pass is off. Doesn't seem to want to deal with anyone that is searching for answers or diagnosis. Just the easy patients.

Dr. Gould has been my doctor for close to twenty years. I've never nor would I consider going to anyone else. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. Very caring, personable.

I can only confirm one but our work has identified that many others may have been mistreated in a similar manner. You decide if you want to do business with a person that doesn't provide an honest days pay for an honest day of work.

I have to say that I was very happy with Dr. Gould. His bedside manner is unbeatable. I went in for my Annual Physical. I am usually nervous at doctors' appointments, but not this one. He calmly talked me through each procedure. Also, he was very knowledgeable about each thing I asked him about. You can tell that he truly enjoys what he does. If you are looking for a wonderful Primary Care Physician, Dr. Gould is the perfect choice.
