Dr. David Ivan Greenfield, MD

Saw dr greenfield today and was never treated so badly and it was before I saw him ..he spoke about me in such a way I just wanted to get up out of the room i was waiting for him it was disturbing and I was upset but stayed until visit was over never again would I see him or recommend this dr greenfield ever.

I am a retired Neuroscientist and I have to say that the sad reality is that Dr. Greenfield is a very bad doctor, period. Totally incompetent. He should have retired many years ago. As other patient wrote in a review, he simply does not care about his patients, he is arrogant, unknowledgeable and totally neglecting. He does not have any idea of what he is saying to his patients, he does not care anyway, it is too obvious. He was only guessing about possible diseases, like Hashimoto, which obviously I do not have because my thyroid is perfectly fine, he saw it on the blood tests but anyway he kept guessing that it could be that one. Of course he was wrong. He also forgot to order the most important X-rays I needed it and I had to call his nurse to let her know so he finally sent the right order. After my results were ready, I had to call several times because he does not follow up with his patients. I went today (of course is the last time) and he was totally unable to explain the… reason of some of my levels. He just said that the blood test results sometimes are not accurate, but he could not respond to any of my questions. Then suddenly he said that maybe it could be the liver but that he was not sure, just another guessing. The liver??? My liver is perfectly fine! He did not have any idea what he was talking about. Probably even worse than his lack of knowledge, is his arrogant attitude, he believes that because he is old we have to trust his many years of experience, but who cares about how many years he has been practicing, if his lack of empathy and his lack of knowledge are so evident? I told him that it was time for him to retire and that he was a joke, of course he got angry, but I do not care. I guess I talked for many other patients that have payed for nothing. Please run from this Doctor, you can find a better one. Believe me. The ladies at the front desk start by “Name!” like in the Military, instead of “Good morning”. In total I paid about $300.00 dollars for two pathetic consultations just to see the neglecting and arrogant attitude of a bad doctor. I have to say that doctor’s Greenfield assistant, Shanel, was very nice and always very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenfield’s for several years. He has always explained everything thoroughly, answered any questions, gives papers about your illness & medicine he prescribes. When I called with a question recently, a nurse didn’t return my call, the doctor did. His staff is wonderful. If you want a doctor that is warm & cuddly, he may not be for you. But if you want one that takes his time, is thorough, answers all your questions, & that you can trust & depend on to give accurate diagnosis, go to Dr. Greenfield.

Dr. Greenfield was very nice, thorough and understanding. He took the time to review my medical background and listened to my concerns. Am happy with my treatment plan moving forward and would highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

DR DAVID GREENFIELD SHOULD RETIRE IF HE IS SO FED UP!!!!! HE WAS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! NO COMPASSION!! DOES NOT LISTEN WHEN TO U WHEN U SPEAK ACTS LIKE HE COULD CARE LESS. NEVER AGAIN MY DOG GETS BETTER CARE AT VET????NEVER ANSWERS PHONE EITHER!!!!!!!

Dr is amazing. Dislike staff, do not give Dr message or return phone calls

My first visit was great. The staff were warm and considerate. I was offered a drink and when I said I had not eaten a staff member stated she had some of her food and was willing to share. This was exceptional. The doctor was prompt and matter of fact but I felt very confident by his attention to detail and professional presence. I must say I was very satisfied with my visit.

Will not recommend ever. Horrible office staff. Treat all patients as if they are lower class.

- Dr has definite lack of bedside manner.- Very poor hygiene practices by nurse. She does not wash or sanitize her hands, nor put on gloves prior to inserting infusion line IV.- Office is dirty.
