Great visit! Dr. Gryboski had a great bedside manner and put me at ease very quickly. Procedure was fast and on time and I was able to get back on with my day.

I accompanied my daughter to her appointment and upper endoscopy. Thorough, efficient, accurate, KIND staff and doctor. They all went out of their way to make sure my daughter was seen as soon as possible, because they had to work her in. Excellent medical care. Thank you Dr. G and your awesome staff!

Great Doctor

Ended up in intensive care - blood transfusions because his nurse said it was normal passed out at pharmacy transported by ambulance to hospital.

Dr. Gryboski is one of the most intelligent, compassionate doctors I have ever seen.

I've had three procedures done by Dr. Gryboski. He took the time to explain all aspects of the procedure, diagnosis, and treatment. He took the time to draw diagrams and make sure I understood the information presented. I have two Doctors I rank at the top of my health care team and Dr. Gryboski is one of them. He has always taken the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I've been a patient since 2009. What a disappointment. So hurried and unconcerned. Doesn't listen and doesn't explain. This disease process is very concerning to me but apparently not to him

The only time I was in a hospital environment was to give birth and have a hysterectomy. My husband told me the procedure would be easy and the most difficult time I would have would be the prep the day before. I followed all the instructions and had no difficulty doing it. The morning of the procedure, I was up early and my husband drove me to Dr. Gryboski's facility, located in Piedmont Fayette Hospital. There I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who took some information and had me sign a couple of forms. Actually about 2 weeks before the procedure, I was contacted by a nurse who asked me preliminary questions so I wouldn't have to make an unnecessary office visit. I thought that was an excellent service they provided. Next, a very professional nurse called my name and took me into an examination office to go over some more details. Then she took me to a private restroom-dressing room and explained to me how to get ready and to open the door when I was ready. I did and was… taken to a private pre-op room sectioned off from the other rooms where a team of skilled nurses took care of me by taking my BP, temp., and inserted the IV needle that was necessary. I was then wheeled in the bed to a private waiting area to wait for the doctor and 2 other nurses. The 2 nurses wheeled me into the procedure room, where 1 of them got me ready for the anesthesia and the other 1 was getting everything else ready. Dr. Gryboski then came in and explained the Colonoscopy procedure to me. He said before I know it, he will be giving me the results. He was right, before I knew it I was in the recovery room having the results of the Colonoscopy explained to me. I did't have colon cancer, but I do have a couple of issues that need to be adressed. I was given 3 sheets of paper that explained my condition as well as examples of high fiber foods that I should eat. I was pleased with the pictures of my colon that were taken, as well as the written explanation of what the details were. I am totally pleased with the treatment I was given. Believe me when I say having a Colonoscopy done, is a lot easier than giving birth. I highly recommend Digestive HealthCare of Georgia, P.C. and Dr. David Gryboski, M.D. to any of you who are considering a Colonoscopy in the future.
