My dad needs the doctor to justify to insurance why he can’t take a certain medication because it cause extreme diarrhea and he’s doesn’t want to add another medication to his regiment and the doctor still hasn’t done it.

I am hold right now, the person answering the phone has NO training obviously. And makes it obvious that she hates her job!

The nurses here are absolutely horrible. They don't take calls and when they do they leave people on hold for hours. If you leave a message for a doctor they never write it down and then blame the patient for not knowing the name of the nurse who took the call. These nurses do not care about the patients, they are lazy and only care about their paychecks.

guerrero seems to try to be a good doctor but i think he is overwhelmed with too many patients. calls: staff does not answer phones, calls are never returned even when messages are left with answering service, i have called as many as 3 times in a day and not received a response. Referrals take forever to be placed as long as one week plus.

DR GUERRERO IS OK BUT LACKS PROFESSIONALISM IN KEEPING CHART INFORMATION.THE STAFF IS OK BUT REFERRALS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET.

To begin with the staff is very rude. Very arrogant.Don't call because you will be left on hold for ever. Once you get there you fall asleep waiting to be called in. I won't be going back.

--Dr. Guerrero is truly a wonderful doctor and human being! He is concerned about the cost of care for his patients and he spends probably more time with his patients than he should!! He is a throwback to the day of medicine before managed care. He is not only an excellent medical provider, he takes the time to truly know his patients. I highly recommend this man to anyone seeking primary care.
