I had a very successful fat transfer and C02 laser procedure done in 2018, but came back in 2019 for a touch up. The fat transfer in 2019 under my eyes was lumpy, and I had to go through multiple rounds of steriod injections for improvement. The last round left a dip by my nose/cheek, and you can still see bumps under my eye when I smile. I went to Dr. Hartman to see if anything but filler can be done to address, and he acted like I was seeing things, too “type A” and detailed. He also said he didn’t have time to address because he was doing lipo on someone next door. Who sees patients (with complications) in the middle of a surgery? I also had C02 laser combined with microneedling in 2019 and it ruined my skin. It has taken over a year to get back to presurgery condition. Other bothersome things that have happened over time, but I tried to brush off include: telling me “i must be doing well financially,” saying I gained weight, and leaving the door open while I am in a… robe/procedure. Also, don’t point out things about patients such as double chin etc if they don’t bring it up and give them a complex. His staff is lovely. I wish he had their same level of professionalism, empathy and compassion. I also really like their products, but sadly cannot continue to support this business.

Initially wanted a biopsy done for what I thought was cancer. Was told it wasn’t, even though I had REQUESTED it because it looked suspicious. Was told it was a hypertrophic scar. 4 surgeries later and after contracting MRSA from numerous infected DEEP excisions, I was then left with what was ACTUALLY a hypertrophic scar from a maybe 1cm by 1cm hump to a 6cm by 4cm RAISED AND RIGID DARK RED SCAR THAT WAS SO PAINFUL. NEVER TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS OR ANY MEDICINE UNTIL I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL! 1 year later THANK GOD a surgeon closer to me ACTUALLY performed a biopsy even though we figured it was going to be all scar tissue from the numerous deep excisions and this one fixed me. Now i’ve got a long scar but it’s not bumpy rigid and my stitches didn’t rip like they did before because the new surgeon actually knew how to handle it. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Dr . Hartman and his staff are wonderful! They are very compassionate and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!!!

I don't get the caring dr I used to. His receptionist does not think a bloody nose is important. Says go back to emergency room..

Dr. Hartman and staff are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure you look and feel amazing. I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in.

In this day and age, finding a physician like Dr. Hartman seems near impossible. But then you meet him and the impossible turns possible. Dr. Hartman far exceeded my expectations for how I hoped to look after surgery and fat transfer. He is intelligent, unbelievably talented, caring, gentle, and single-handedly made me look 20 years younger without making me look the slightest bit fake. I am still agog. It just did not seem possible until I found Dr. Hartman.

De. Hartman is a very caring Dr.I had a Melanoma on my face which he operated on,also some Basal Cells on my forehead and nose.He is quick to recognize Skin Cancer.I thank him for being so kind and helpful.
