Dr. Heinsch has been nothing but patient with me from the start. I showed up after having an ankle surgery already done and the pain had not improved, I was looking for new ideas that no other doctor had thrown my way in years of pain. I didn't realize that the doctors office I called for the appointment I had seen before it had just been a long time. I went to see Dr. Heinsch and for the first time had an overwhelming sense of trust wash over me. He explained a surgery that could be done to relieve me of the action in my ankle causing pain and injury on repeat. I took what he said to my original surgeon and told him I trust him, I asked how he felt about the doctor and plan. He told me he was so happy with my choice and was so pleased that not only did I trust him but he had chose the surgery thought best by him...he just didn't do that surgery. Orginal surgeon, whom I trusted, was pleased and comfortable passing me off to Dr. Heinsch that I had chosen well and even found someone… close to home. Just for fun the last x-rays before the surgery it was seen my original surgery had given in. The place secured in my leg had completely come free. Dr. Heinsch had no clue how I was walking or at least not in severe pain. I saw it as a sign that we were doing the right thing. The first surgery was simply ment to hold me together until all the right pieces and plays could come together. The surgery went off amazingly well, less pain than expected, and incisions healed well. Dr. Heinsch and staff were extremely kind to me with the problems I was having. My ankle swelling was causing half cast and full cast to switch between too large and too small and I had a thing for getting them wet. No matter how hard I tried something was going to happen to every last cast. The staff amused me by matching my cast to my crutch pad covers. My recovery time has been longer than expected, but Dr. Heinsch has never questioned if I am telling the truth. Some symptoms can be seen more some visits than others, some it's a reaction to my foot and ankle being moved around or pressure applied. My x-rays seem fine but CT scans show where I haven't fully healed yet. He has never questioned what symptoms I'm saying, movements that I have to try hard not to scream out, or the times that feel like my ankle is trying to dislocate. My symptoms and feelings are real and he is trying to help me find a way to feel amazing again. I don't have enough thank yous for Dr. Heinsch and the Peachtree City staff! Y'all have been amazing and patient with me time and time again...I greatly appreciate it!

Dr Heinsch is an incredible doctor. He explores all options and give you the choice to determine which route to take. He’s very focused on your recovery and ensuring that your injury is completely managed and healed. He is personable and straight to the point. He’s attentive while he multitasks. He does have to be quick but you do feel cared for and treated with so much Courtesy and care. He did a wonderful job with my surgery. I would highly recommend. The office staff are wonderful and try their best to quickly serve you. Great customer service.

The medical team was very professional and efficient. Dr. Heinsch is a great doctor. He was always available to answer all my questions.

Because of the amount of time this physician spends during appointments to make sure I understand and that I am comfortable throughout the process - I trust him explicitly. I have a lot of complicated issues due to advanced RA and have had multiple orthopedic surgeries with different specialty surgeons and Dr. Heinsch has been the best by far. He truly cares. No doubt about about that.
