Speaks perfect spanish and made it easy for me.

Victorville staff is very rude. Front receptionist always asks what we are there for, and they make appointments and have no recollection of it! Paperwork is always lost, and referrals never followed through! Results for lab or xrays never read until you ask them! Since we have been with Dr. Hernandez, we've actually only seen him twice in a year. His constantly rotating PAs do not last and have seen at least 3 come and go! So between never seeing the actual Doctor, and having his receptionist talking to me while enjoying her taco, and having a convo in spanish about her restraunt she had, or the disheveled nurse chewing gum in my ear while taking my BP...I am done with this Doctor and his staff! Horrible and in a sketchy location that requires you to be rung inside the office!

I think the staff is fine and the clinic its self looks good they attended pretty quickly, overall it was one of least stressful visits I've had with any doctor/clinic.

Never really took care of my problem.the staff hardly spoke English.I would rate 0 star for this place reminds me of Tijuana very unsatisfied.
