My daughter and I waited over two hours to see this doctor and I had an appointment. Once I saw the doctor I was told that I needed complete knee replacement since my knees are completely deteriorated and I have severe arthritis. My daughter asked if I could receive some durable medical equipment like a scooter and a seat lift mechanism to help me get up and around and I was told that if he gave me a scooter, I would never walk again. He also explained that the absence of cartilage is the reason why I have extreme difficulty getting up. When my daughter asked him again for the durable medical equipment. He then said, "I don't give prescriptions for pain medication or durable medical equipment, if you want that you will have to go to your primary care physician." I was blown away since my previous doctor namely Dr. Courtney gave me a prescription for durable medical equipment however this script expired before I could get it filled and we went back to this clinic for help however… Dr. Courtney is no longer affiliated with this clinic and this is the help we received.
