Dr. David Allen Hoover, MD

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a pediatrician. While I love the challenges of medicine and the ability to treat the ill, my passion for pediatrics stems from the relationships that I build with patients and their families, and the difference that I can make. The confidence and reassurance that I believe every family should leave the office with cannot be provided by any medication or test, but by taking the time to teach, answer questions, and provide guidance. After having lived in Illinois, Texas and Virginia, my husband and I are thrilled to be establishing our own roots in Colorado Springs, where our son will grow up enjoying the outdoors as we do. I feel so blessed to have achieved my dreams, and want nothing more than to help children stay healthy, happy and to realize their own dreams. My greatest reward is to watch my patients grow and develop, and to be their best.
