Dr. David Jacobs, MD

At the recommendation of a relative, I traveled from New York to receive treatment by Dr. Jacobs for a torn rotator cuff that had been bothering me for almost a year. I was not willing to have the surgery my orthopedic surgeon recommended, because everything I read and everyone I spoke to who had had a similar experience said the recovery from surgery took up to 18 months and was very painful. I heard about PRP therapy from my nephew and decided to try it before undergoing surgery. The entire experience was amazing! Just two days post-treatment, my affected arm moved so much more than it had in a year. Now, about six weeks past treatment, I have full mobility, without pain! I saw my regular doctor yesterday, and she was absolutely amazed at what she saw. She said if she hadn't seen it with her own eyes, she never would have believed there could be that much progress in that short a time, and that if I had called to tell her how well I was doing, she simply wouldn't have believed it! I… can't say enough good things about Dr. Jacobs and his staff. They're my heroes!

If it wasn't for him would have probably ended up with a knee replacement and a back operation over the past few years.

Met Dr Jacobs in summer 98 due to severe pain, he did several treatment & referred me to a specialist that was able to diagnose/treat Fibromyalgia as result of auto collision. Very caring, understanding as to patient needs/problems. I highly recomend Dr Jacobs.
