His opinion was formed before I entered the exam room, he did not review history, MRI images or specialists records.

He didnt even take in the MRI emg and xray result in to his consideration. The ime and other test results prove I am injured report says there are injuries and he also said I can work with out limitations basically I am saying sedwick picked the dr paid the doctor and the doctor gave a bias report to get the out come they wanted , they are basically whores for hire with no integrity and honor , if I had the money I would sue kroger sedwick and the currupt drs at exam work And so you know who is saying this lannie grillo

Dr. Karp Did a L5 S1 fusion with instumentation on my back in 2007 and I am as active as I have ever been. This man and his team were nothing short of spectacular in their ability and profesionalism. It is now 2012 and I have not had problem one since my surgery. An outstanding doctor and a good man.

This doctor doesn't care about his patients pain or feelings. He doesn't even pay attention to you when you are in the office. And, his nurse is the most rude ignorant woman I have ever had the misfortune of talking to. She is so mean and cold and uncaring, just awful. He needs to retire because he is so behind the times when it comes to state of the art medicine. He is just another cave dwelling doctor with tunnel vision. You better run not walk away from this guy.

I have never met a doctor that thinks he knows so much but is such an idiot. I have a friend who had serious complications after surgery with Dr Karp. He then blamed it on her and covered it up. Run, Run, Run

I went to him for my neck pain and he just passed me off to some other idiot doctor in his building that is supposed to be a pain doctor NOT. When you are in the room with him he acts like he isn't listening to a word you have to say and he won't even give you an aspirin for your pain. It was a total waste of my time and money running back and forth to his office. He wouldn't even send me for an updated MRI even though the one I showed him was over 4 years old. If you want to waste your time go to him because he sure won't help you.

I was leery when I was first sent to Sarasota Orthopedic back in the early 2000's on a workers comp medical claim. I had an ACL completely ripped in half. Dr. Karp was very thorough and identified my problem immediately. He told me what my options were and left the decision of what to replace the ACL with up to me. Every visit was full of kidding and goofy jokes but thats not any reflection of his professionalism as a good surgeon. He replaced my ACL with a cadaver ligament and the recovery was great. I followed his instructions for rehab and kept my follow up appointments and the whole ordeal was very smooth. My knee is still in great shape, now seven years later. I have had no ill effects or problems. In fact, I am searching for a Dr to fix a torn tendon in my elbow and was searching him out when I saw this website. I would use him again!

He's more focused on his dictaphone and cracking jokes than on the patient. You just don't feel he's really focused on your needs when you're in there with him -- and why should my valuable appointment time be spent watching him record into his dictaphone??
