Doc Kim was professional but his staffing is horrible

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Kim for about a year now and find him to be extremely good. He is patient and kind. He cares. He listens and doesn't just treat symptoms, he looks for the cause. His office is small and sometimes the wait feels long but it is always less than an hour (prior we waited at Rapid Care for up to 3.5 hrs every time) Dr Kim's staff is very nice.

I have been consulting Dr. Kim for several years and am thoroughly satisfied with him. A doctor who really listens and treats you like a human being is such a rarity. I have complete confidence in him and happily give him my highest and most earnest recommendation.

I cannot find one good thing to say about this doctor or his staff. He and they are terrible. Both my wife and I saw him 3 or 4 times each and each and every time we waited close to an hour past our scheduled appointment time, he knowledge and care seems quite poor compared to other doctors we have seen, his staff is completely incompetent and more. Don't waste your time and money.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim now for about a year. I would have to rank him as my favorite Doctors of all time. He uses the latest technology, and always uses a laptop to access a patients records as well as sending your prescriptions (new scripts and renewals) directly to the pharmacy without any stress driving to pharmacy, and waiting, etc... He is a very patient gentleman, whom spends as much time as I needed during visits with him. He is not a phony, like many other Doctors in LV, Dr. Kim is quite empathetic to a patients needs, and most importantly he is dedicated to his work, and that is what really impresses me. His waiting room is really nice, and wait times are under 5 minutes, His office staff is equally as efficient, and they are very tenacious when dealing with insurance companies, the patient, These are the two very skilled and well educated nurses Dr. Kim has on staff. Oh yes, Dr. Kim speaks Korean and English, and he makes things very easy to understand when he is… speaking with you, Dr. Kim is first and foremost the DR. I would recommend to someone in need of a general practitioner or Internist, The Dr. also has Hospital privileges in all the good Vegas Valley Hospitals and he wears many hats! He also is trained in Emergency medicine, Cardiovascular medicine, maxillofacial issues, and he is also licensed in the field of acupuncture. All in All De David H Kim is a fantastic, highly competent Medical Doctor. Thanks Dr. Kim and staff :-)

The office is exceptionally clean and everyone there is a pro. Dr. Kim also offers acupuncture, which helps my arthritis. He's been my doctor for about 4 years now and even though I'm scared of doctors, I always leave with a comforted feeling, convinced he know what is best for my health.
