Dr. David Michael Klein, MD

Dr. Klein was amazing! He spent a great amount of time with us. I had seen a doctor before at a different practice and was very confused and left with a lot of questions. Dr. Klein answered all my questions before I could even ask them. I thought for sure I was going to need surgery, but he assured me I did not. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Klein.

Correctly diagnosed what others had wrong. Then provided immediate treatment instead of making me come back. Is particularly appreciated his education and explanation of Dupuytren

During my visit with Dr. Klein he was very thorough and had a compassionate bedside manner. I was very comfortable with him as he provided knowledgeable explanations in laymen’s terms about my diagnosis. I would definitely refer anyone to him with confidence and will visit him again as needed.

Waited Over 45 minutes due to X-ray confusion when Dr was able to view results already online.Very nice Dr and explained in detail my condition. I was hoping he communicated in patient understanding rather than medical jagon which wasn’t as helpful or understandable to me. I should had asked him to speak in language I could understand, however after everything that had already gone on I was too intimidated to do so. On the other hand, his nurse Lori was outstanding and helped in her caring and helpfulness and telling me that the doctor could see my X-rays on online when I had already had X-rays done at SMH lab on Clark thus eliminating the need for them to take X rays during this visit. The staff seemed quite intent on providing Dr with X-rays because they kept saying they hadn’t received them. Unfortunately, this seemed to stress a lot of staff necessitating my being sent back to the waiting room. Apparently this situation was settled when someone figured out the Dr could see… them online. I find it hard to believe this was the first time this may have happened, perhaps because my GP had ordered them and somehow they didn’t get sent to the doctor. I’m not sure what happened, however it seemed to cause quite a bit of commotion. I have had a lifetime of X-rays, MRIs and Catscan dueto an automobile accident and years of continuing treatments I asked if I could not repeat the X-rays, at that time, which caused more people being upset. While I understood this is a very busy office it seems they naturally expected to be taking an X-ray before seeing the doctor and I upset their very busy and organized routine. I apologized for not wanting to be exposed to another X-ray but apparently this was not the norm because of my GP having already ordered one. The stress level was very apparent. I understand this a Very Busy office, however, I am still feeling stressed by this situation and I apologize to your staff by the confusion that this caused.
