Saw this doc for the first time. Had back, neck and arm pain. He knew what was going on and treated .y condition with accuracy. I expected to be told to get further testing and sent to get scans. He was 100% correct and even knew that I would start feeling better with the medication prescribed. He listened to me and heard all my good and bad areas. I would choose him again if needed.

While I have been going to the Brick office for many years, the staff is extremely difficult to work with. Not only do they put you on hold for a lengthy period of time, then sometimes hang up on you, they are not people friendly. I heard one of the staff making calls to other patients reminding them of their appointment, I was not given the same courtesy. Trying to get a doctor’s note is like pulling teeth. Ridiculous! Time to get a new doctor and work with staff who truly enjoy what they do for a living. It’s bad enough when you don’t feel well but combine that with having to deal with an uncooperative staff, makes it worse!

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment at the Jackson office and the office staff there are rude. They act is if they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. The Dr himself is about average but even if he was great what good is it if you can't get an appointment?
