Great doctor, staff very helpful. Don't let the crowded waiting room scare you, there are multiple doctors in that office. Very pleased with service, has now treated 2 family members and both are very happy. Highly recommend.

I would certainly use dr kupfer again... He appears to listen with insight, and is confident in his decisions without arrogance. He referred me to a terrific shoulder surgeon and on follow up he was very attentive. His office is very busy; probably a solid testament.

I had my nose and chin done. I was very scared and just wanted a very subtle change and he did exactly what I wanted. No one really noticed, other than I look prettier now. I would highly recommend Dr. Kupfer for any plastic surgery.

I have had more than several procedures by Dr.Kupfer over the last 7 years. He is very professional and sincerely cares about me as a patient. He is personable, warm, caring and he listens and attends to my wants and needs. He is the best around and every experience has been more than stellar and the results, amazing! He is a concerned, genuine person and a very talented doctor. I am thrilled I found an EXCELLENT plastic surgeon in Dr. Kupfer!

I went in to this office visit with a problem with my wrist and high hopes. I was seen fairly quickly, and it seemed the doctor was on his way out at the same time he was coming in. He had very little time for me and I feel he was not listening. To top off everything, i was told to take anti inflammatory meds for my problem. I had no problem with this and thought that I would just go home and go in my medicine cabinet and take some over the counter. However when I was leaving the building they told me to wait as they were giving me medication, and I said it was not necessary as I have it at home. The office staff asked that i wait anyway. I waited for 15 minutes, and then they called me up and gave me a bag full of medication and made a new appointment. They said nothing of what was in the bag, and when I got into my vehicle to leave I realized there were 3 different meds in there (two of them had two bottles each) with NO literature or instructions. The only instructions were… two stickers in spanish on the label. I thought this was very strange, unprofessional, and borderline unethical. I had not asked for pain meds or indicted that I was even IN pain enough for them, and I was given 2 different types and heartburn medicine. It all seemed very fishy to me, I am in the middle of a lawsuit for an accident at a store, and I feel this doc office was taking advantage of every add on fee they could.

I loved having Dr. Kupfer as my specialist for my hand. He was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose my injury and come up with a solution. However, I did not appreciate his office worker's behavior. They are unprofessional, have a serious lack of basic knowledge of any procedures, etc, and lack common manners. Each time i have visited Dr. Kupfer's Temecula office I felt uncomfortable, a burden to the front office women, and pushed around by them. I was only relieved when i was able to work with Dr. Kupfer.

Very disappointing. Very little to no change at all after surgery. A lot of pain and expense for nothing.
