Dr. David Eliot Mcginnis, MD

I have been under Dr. McGinnis' care for about 4 years and appreciate his knowledgeable attention to my conditions and gradual approach to modifying my medications as we deal with the progression of the RA. He shares his broad interests and has a tremendous recall of my life details from visit to visit. Definitelt feel he is doing what is best for me.

I have appreciated Dr. McGinnis' concern and willingness to proceed at a reasonable rate in dealing with my RA. He impresses me as not rushing to the easiest, most powerful medicine for my condition, and is readily available when I have called in off hours. He is very smart and has an interesting history as a father, athlete and physician. Very happy to be under his care.

I was seeing another doctor in the same pratice, before seeing Dr Mcginnis. This doctor left, and they swiched me to Dr Mcginnis. I was not very inpressed with him.During my exam he never checked all my joints, nor wrote anything down on my records. He never went over the meds I was taking, which i though was odd. After the exam, he asked me, what did he want him to do for me. I am new to RA, I don't know the available of different treatment.

This was THE BEST and most complete medical exam ever! The Dr. spent a lot of time with me and was very nice to me. He also took time to explain everything he said in reference to my condition and was very helpful with suggestions re: my problem. An excellent experience!!!
