Awful!!! He was rude, mean look on his face the whole visit and showed no empathy for a 22 month old baby!!! You would think him being the president he would care, however he is real quick to tell you he is the man and basically untouchable. If you have a complaint against this place you will need to go to medical board as I would told by head of operations there is nobody above him. Stay away or you will learn the hard way!!!

Dr. Melon removed my 20 year old daughters tonsils and the care she received was stellar. Dr. Melon is extremely thorough and answers any questions.

I was a little nervous about my surgery before I met Dr. Melon. After the consult, I felt at ease about it. He and his staff made me comfortable and eased my fears. I recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

Dr. Melon always listens to what I am saying. He always seems to care for my concerns. I would recommend him to anybody for sinus and allergy problems.

It is good to find a physician who truly cares about his patients. Excellent medical knowledge and interpersonal skills are outstanding.

Words cannot describe the care that we received from Dr. Melon as he treated our child. He was very direct , firm but yet gentle as he delivered his game plan. He has a personal touch that put your fears at ease. He is. Confident without question in his profession. We are forever grateful to him . I we will always support Dr. Melon of Carolina ENT Hickory.
