He cares about his patients but the staff front end lady’s are extremly rude!

by far the best dr office in the state. i have a problem being punctual and im sure it drives the staff crazy but they still always treat me with the utmost respect. has been a great experience with dr Moore's office highly recommend. 5 stars *****

Docrtor Moore is my primary care physican. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I trust his opinion. The staff at this desk is another thing. They seem put out when you ask a question, and are quite unfriendly.

I went to Dr. Moore for a lot of years but finally I just couldn't handle his staff anymore. They are rude, crude and frankly, just brats! Dr. Moore is so sweet once you get behind closed doors but between trying to make an appointment to their liking and the staff's rude attitude, it wasn't worth. I was a patient for 7 years! I realized I don't need to be treated like an issue to them and I have found a doctor and clinic that is friendly, nice and makes the experience bearable. I would never suggest this doctor because of the staff. Horrible, Terrible, Rude, Snotty and mostly, very, very unprofessional.

Takes the time to listen to your needs. Very humble and knowlegdable. Would recommend.

Dr. Moore is ok ! But people beware his staff Is horrible!. I have never been so belittled and humiliated in my life. When u are in the waiting room u can hear his staff gossiping about patiens. Forget the hipaa act they could care less. Just like they could care less about u and your well being! I can believe dr, Moore will keep staff like that. Anita should go eat some more donuts and stick to her job in billing. The moral to this story is. IF U WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP AND GO TO A DR THAT IS ONLY THERE FOR THE MONEY AND TO RUN A PILL MILL WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR! I would rate them a -10 but they don't have that option.

Dr. Moore is a friendly and knowledgeable physician. Good bedside manner with reasonable treatment suggestions. Physical is a bit cursive but adequate for an annual review of patients ongoing physical condition. Listens to patients medical issues and problems.

Dr Moore and his STAFF are awsome and kind fun out going office love going there. dont agree with the other comments dr moores staff works really hard to accomplish each and every ones needs in a timely manner thanks dr moores office

I appreciate how Dr Moore treats his patients, but his staff is the worst I have ever witnessed and experienced. With abuse, belitteling, and rudeness I almost can't believe I still see the man! Get a new staff and I think you will have much better success with your practice, I could bet my families life on it!
