Doesn’t care about his patients at all

I found this doctor to be hostile and rude while advocating for my father. His case involves many recent referrals and procedures. He didn't read the recent updates sent to him by specialists {which were 6 months old}, and wasn't updated on his recent care. He refused to listen, and rather "dictated" his follow up course despite my fathers wishes. This man cut him off mid sentence, and wouldn't hear us any more. Will be looking for another primary care MD. I didn't even get a chance to speak on behalf of him! Bad bedside manner isn't tolerated anymore. Was very disappointed being a critical care RN. My father deserves better.

As an advocate for one of his patients trying to navigate specialty referrals, I found this man to be hostile and rude from the start. He didn't bother to update himself on the recent procedures of his patient, and subsequently couldn't understand what the patient needed or wanted. He refused to listen to the patient's wishes, and cut us both off mid sentence. He "dictated" the medical course of this patient despite the patients own wishes. A perfect fit for HUMANA managed care. Bad communicator. Bad bedside manner for this day and age. A real jerk.

after the first visit he has not addressed issues raised, been flippant about concerns, not returned telephone or patient portal queries and orders way too many tests

Offic staff is rude and this doctor just runs up a patients bill by doint the same tests over and over again which are rejected by the insurance company. When you address the issue with him he just says "oh well" and goes iff on a rant that he's not making enough money. Try digging ditches for a few days as a reality check!

Dr. Neuman does not spend time with you. All he does is come in put some stuff in the computer and leave he doesnt even look at you. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Do not recommend him at all!

I have been a patient of Dr. Neuman for the past 20 years. The Doctor and Staff are highly professional and extremely courteous. They are very accomodating as well. Needed same day emergency appointments many times over the years as well as this week. Thank you!
