Dr. David Kakichikaua Nitta, MD

Patient Benjamin F. McAdoo died in the care of Dr. Nitta after having symptoms 3 years in advance of his passing. Benjamin was treated for an infection for what was really a cancerous neoplasm of the neck. No substantial imaging of the neck area was apparently done and in the last months Dr. Nitta refused any care, even outpatient, for the dying veteran. Months before his passing, Dr. Nitta advised family that he was unwilling to provide further assistance for Benjamin and instead recommended to take him to an ER facility. I was horrified at the quality of treatment Benjamin received.

After reading negative reviews I nearly cancelled my appointment. I went anyway and expected the worst. Well, I was very surprised! Dr Nitta was extremely caring and concerned for all my health problems, he did not blow them off, in fact he encouraged me to come in more often rather than suffering at home. He made a huge effort to help me, ordered many tests, but unfortunately he was transferred after seeing me for a few months. I wrote this review to share my positive experience with Dr. Nitta.

Lt Nitta is a poor, lazy and judgmental exuse for a attending physician. He frequently blows off patents complaints as whining. Gives off the cuff diagnosis based on his opinion of a patents charicter not his symptoms.His treatment is highly unprofesional and I for one will refuse his care in favor of anyone else!
