The front office as well as the rooms always look dingy. The staff is very rude and abrupt. If they are having a personal conversation with someone, the patient has to wait, then they act like you infringed on their life. They always act like they don't want to be there, especially the front office. After an extended wait they take you to a back room to wait again. Feel like cattle being rushed thru.

This had to have been the worst office EVER. RUDE STAFF WHO DO NOT CARE

TThe staff keeps things on a professional level which helps them diagnose you as a patient not friend.I love the fact he don't write what you want but what you need.I feel they take patients that need real pain management not just there to make money.What some of you see is rude is what they deal with on a daily basis.

The Dr. and his PA are professional and nice. He has a rude office person at the front desk that was a turn off. The rest of the staff seem polite. Has really helped with some pain options that are not just narcotics. Good overall experience!

Great doctor in hearing out my opinion.He went over my Crohns and back problems and gave me the most relief ive had in months.He gave me xr medications which make me not feel stoned all day.

For the first time in 20 years my mother lives virtually painfree. Dr Norfleet is extremely knowledgable with his background as pharmasist. He has caught drug interactions other doctors missed.Some visits are with his PA Deanna. She's always been most gracious and friendly as is all the staff. I don't understand the bad reviews as everyone there is most caring.

Never, never let the front office staff deal with any medical issues, only billing, insurance and appointments. Unlicensed personnel handling medical care can be a felony. If you have medical issues and they will not let you speak with the doctor then please go to your primary care doctor or emergency room. Patient care and safety should always be number one. If a office lacks this then RUN not just walk away from it.

Never been tereated so rudely. Was immediately told to "call the yellow pages" and then promptly hung up on. After calling back to get a name, the office manager Kathy, said she would not tell me any information as to names or office protocal. I Never even got a question answered and was hung up on again.

Yes. While Dr. Norfleet is above average, his practice suffers from a too familiar process. Foremost, if you are a desperate addict in need of conivining your way into his med cabinet - forget it. You will fail in this pursuit. Drug screens are often and unnanounced. So don't bother, and let folks genuinely in need to see him. The crux lies within. After 2-3 visits, you are handed off to his "nurse" who thinks she is an M.D. Her personality is as fractured as her competency. She treats a patient record as if it were her dear diary, of which always has a comment (or more) that has nothing to do with your pain management. As far as ever again getting to actually see or get an appt with Dr. Norfleet, if you are lucky, you might see him walking down the hall. I find this most unfortunate. Yes, I could say more, but then it would either be non-PC, or not in compliance with HIPPA. Good luck.

I have been under the care of Dr. Norfleet for a little over a year now, after have seeing a different Pain Management Doctor whom can only be described as a Sadistic Witch Doctor. Since I have been with Dr. Norfleet I feel that my life and pain are finally manageable. He has literally changed my life! Dr. Norfleet is very clear cut and blunt. He doesn't sugar coat your condition. He gives you your options and that's that. I strongly recommend him!
