Dr. David Ira Otto, MD

He was super patient and understanding. He made my 2yr old feel so comfortable her first time not crying with a doctor. She was content and not scared at all. One of the best pediatricians I have seen in a long time. Diagnosis was on point and kept insisting that if anything changed to call him and also let him know how she was doing. I know I am in very good hands.

My two daughters have been coming to Dr. Otto since the day after they came home. Both of my kids are adopted internationally and we had special concerns about their health. Dr. Otto never makes us feel rushed and always takes time to actually talk to them and us. When we made the decision to have Dr. Otto be our pediatrician, it was a great decision!!

We have been seeing Dr. Otto since we moved to the area a little over 2 years ago; he has been GREAT! Now that my oldest daughter turned 8 she has requested a female doctor. And, I am sad to need to switch doctors. However, I am glad that Catonsville Primary Care Center offers female doctors also. So, at least we will be in the same office. If we ever add a little boy to our family I know exactly who his doctor will be!
